Task
Design a job portal that provides a user-friendly experience for job seekers and employers alike.
The portal should allow job seekers to easily search and apply for job openings, while also enabling employers to post job listings and manage their applications.

Challenges:
- Creating a user-friendly interface that allows job seekers to easily search for job openings and apply for them
- Making sure the website is accessible and easy to navigate for all types of users, including those with disabilities
Solutions:
- I conducted extensive Competitor analysis and also user research to understand the needs and pain points of job seekers and employers
- I created wireframes and prototypes to test different layouts and navigation options
- I collaborated with the development team to ensure that the design is technically feasible and scalable
- I iterated on the design based on feedback from users and stakeholders
Results:
- After multiple iterations and collaboration with the team, I was able to launch a job portal that received positive feedback from users and employers. The website is easy to use, visually appealing, and accessible to all users. I also incorporated a modern and crisp style that reflects the tone of the job portal while standing out from competitors.
Status:
- Under testing – Public version to be released
