  • Integrating all necessary features and information into the portal while keeping it organized and easily accessible

  • Prioritize information and features based on employee needs and make sure they are easily accessible through clear navigation and labeling
  • Utilize Google Sites templates as a starting point for design, but customize them as much as possible to create a unique and visually appealing interface
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the portal’s usability and design
