Design a user-friendly riders rewards app for B2B start-up “Whizzy” that incorporates gamification as a major factor to incentivize and reward users for booking rides through the platform.

The aim is to create an engaging user experience that encourages riders to use the Whizzy platform frequently.

📝What I did 

😥Challenges:

  • Ensuring that the app design aligned with the client’s brand and business goals, while also meeting the needs and preferences of the riders, and incorporating gamification to incentivize and reward users.

🧐Solutions:

  • Conducted extensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and user testing sessions, to better understand the riders’ pain points and preferences.
  • Worked closely with the development team to create a working prototype of the app that incorporated the proposed designs.
  • Presented the prototype to the client and conducted a focus group to demonstrate the app’s intuitive and user-friendly interface and how the gamification features incentivize and reward riders.

 

🤩Results:

  • Successfully launched the riders rewards app for “Whizzy,” with an engaging gamification system that incentivizes and rewards riders for using the platform, resulting in increased ridership and user engagement. The client was pleased with the results, and the app design met their brand and business goals.
